The European edition of the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit will take place in Paris on 21-23rd November 2012. Focal themes of this 10th edition are novel green ingredients, new technologies, marketing developments. For the first time, a summit will look at the impact of new technologies on sustainable development of the cosmetics industry. Topics on the summit agenda include nanotechnology, mobile device applications, social media, stem cell technology, novel extraction methods, biopolymers, marine ingredients, and ethical impacts of cosmetics. An interactive workshop covers sustainability and fragrances. Organised by Organic Monitor, the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit is a series of international summits that focuses on the leading issues the beauty industry faces concerning sustainability and ecological products.
